Just collected my watches from their new Far East Plaza outlet. I had submitted them earlier to their HQ @ The Reserve for repair and servicing and their overall service was impeccable. The XCESS team reached out to all their overseas contacts to source some parts for my discontinued models and I got them all back in good working (almost mint!) condition. The collection at the FEP outlet was an even better experience. It was service par excellence!! Thank you very much for your help! (I shall not disclose your name on an online review)..

1st visit-attended by 3 warm/friendly ladies including the boss. Feel ease by dropping off my watch for polishing. Very professional! Look forward collecting my watch in a few weeks time.

I've booked an appointment on 23rd Feb @1145, but the office at Far east plaza was closed. Luckily there is a notice with the contact number that can be reached. If the office is closed why allow appointment on this day. Disappointed!
