Just collected my watches from their new Far East Plaza outlet. I had submitted them earlier to their HQ @ The Reserve for repair and servicing and their overall service was impeccable. The XCESS team reached out to all their overseas contacts to source some parts for my discontinued models and I got them all back in good working (almost mint!) condition. 1st visit-attended by 3 warm/friendly ladies including the boss. Feel ease by dropping off my watch for polishing. Very professional! Look forward collecting my watch in a few weeks time.
